Registration: 1.1. A complaint can be registered by sending us all the required data by e-mail. 1.2. Complaints that have not been registered with Technojet in advance will not be processed. 1.3. Complaints that relate to deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. 1.4. If, after investigation, it appears that the complaint is not covered by the guarantee, the costs incurred for the return can be charged. In addition, € 35 research costs are charged. 2. The following are excluded: 2.1. Consumable articles or articles subject to wear (such as UV lamps, quartz glasses, bearings, membranes and seals in general). 2.2. Article changes and / or repairs that have not been carried out for Technojet. 2.3. Articles that cannot be shown to have been purchased from Technojet. 2.4. Articles that are not used according to the description / manual. 2.5. Items that have been damaged due to incorrect use, negligence or negligent maintenance.
